There are countless camps that have great coaches teaching fundamentals and helping players develop better lacrosse skills. PlayBetter camps were  developed to provide campers the opportunity to not only improve lacrosse skills, techniques and knowledge but to help the player become stronger, faster, more agile, healthier and more mentally tough.  Our goal is not only to improve game skills but to help create a more complete athlete.

Physical Development

Many talented athletes fail to reach their full performance potential due to lack of optimal strength, speed and agility or because of a career shortening injury.

The PLAYBETTER Lacrosse camps lay the foundation for developing the optimal physical strength and coordination needed for peak lacrosse performance as well as injury prevention.

Recognized experts in the fields of strength & conditioning, human performance and sports medicine will lead PLAYBETTER campers through workouts designed specifically to create a stronger, faster, more coordinated and more powerful player. 

Education

PLAYBETTER camps strive to have a lasting impact on our players both on and off the field.

During our unique “lunch and learn” sessions campers are provided a nutritious meal and will learn from expert guest speakers on topics such as “Optimal Nutrition for Sports and Health”, “Mental Toughness”, and “Time Management Tips for the Successful Student Athlete”. 

Individual Attention

Our coaching staff is dedicated to the personal development and improvement of each and every camper.  PLAYBETTER Lacrosse Camps don’t simply run athletes through the motions.  Each camper receives individual attention and can expect to see improvements in their play; no matter what their ability level is coming in.   

Safety and Supervision

The safety and wellbeing of our campers is priority #1.  That is why PLAYBETTER Lacrosse Camps are supervised by a staff of Licensed Sports Medicine Professionals that includes Athletic Trainers, Registered Nurses, and Paramedics. 

RULES AND REGULATIONS
PLAYBETTER camps strive on the concept of teamwork and sportsmanship.  Campers are expected to show respect towards coaches, staff and other campers.  Drugs, alcohol and cigarettes are strictly forbidden, and will result in immediate dismissal from camp without refund.

  • Signed Medical Information and Waiver Form
